MathMap has allowed our teachers to pre-assess their students' understanding of the Alberta mathematics curriculum in a thorough manner and provide ongoing support to students through targeted materials that accompany the assessment. Additionally, the MathMap team has been very supportive, responsive and great to work with!

Using MathMap as our district screening tool this year has created many opportunities for teachers in their classrooms. The common misconceptions of students and diagnostic questions were instrumental in informing instruction to meet student needs in the classroom.

Math Map has increased the quality of pre-assessment in math across our school. The ability to quickly see how students recall previously learned concepts is a support for planning. The ability to dig deeper into common student misconceptions and practice these previous concepts allows our teachers to better address these gaps or misconceptions and get students back on track.
